Sarah Caruthers - Founder of Loaf Life

As a recent transplant to the Carrabassett Valley Region with three young children, Sarah quickly recognized the challenges facing working families in this beautiful but underserved area. Despite incredible outdoor recreation opportunities, the region lacked essential infrastructure to support remote professionals and families.

With a background in strategic consulting for marketing and sales efficiency, Sarah brings the business expertise needed to create a sustainable community resource. The idea for Loaf Life emerged from her own experience trying to balance remote work with family life in a region that offered amazing quality of life but limited professional workspace options.

"I moved here for what this region offers families," Sarah explains, "but realized we needed better infrastructure to support the people who want to call this place home year-round. Loaf Life is about creating the foundation for a thriving, sustainable community."
